First floor ceilings removed from a four-bedroom house. All floors, sinks, and toilets were covered with heavy-weight polythene. All doors ways and bottom of stairs taped up to prevent contamination.

A negative pressure unit was onsite to clear asbestos and dust particles from the air. Once all Artex was removed, bagged, and sealed we de-nailed all joists and ensure the tops of walls were clear for new plasterboard to be installed.

All waste was disposed of at a waste transfer station and a waste note was provided to the customer.

DC Asbestos take the safety of our operatives extremely seriously. For that reason Cat 3 blue hooded asbestos coveralls and respirator mask are worn when removing the asbestos.
